Public Port stays unmapped

I wanna create a Port map for a video game called minecraft but after I give in the port 25565 and create the port, the Public port stays unmapped and the dot stays red. I tried closing-opening but it didn't work. I even upgraded my software to the highest possible level but still not working.

does it give you an error "port map could not communicate with your router?" because if so I might be having the same issue as you.
