Server Guide Rules shows on screen after using help command

Replication steps:

1. Enter chat command /help
2. Open Inventory
3. Click any button
4. Server Guide Rules is displayed

So far only seems triggered by /help specifically, other commands which show a GUI menu do not trigger the event such as /market, /exp and /rules.
