feat: switch between enum members with lsp

I wrote this a few days ago, and used it for a few days, now I want to use both my new lsp dial feature and this plugin, so I think maybe I can write a more complete lsp dial module for this plugin? Some directions will be appreciated.

This will be a better solution of the issue #104 in some cases.

I would like to implement a new augend in dial.nvim, "LSP enum augend", based on the code you shared. Is it possible to use the code?
There are two possible way to introduce the LSP enum augend into dial.nvim:

• With @neo451's approval, @monaqa will implement the feature using the code you shared.
  • (A copyright notice and permission notice can be inserted in the dial.nvim's source code as long as it does not change the LICENSE of dial.nvim. Please request it if necessary.)
• @neo451 will contribute to dial.nvim and submit a PR.
