`elasticluster.sh` file not online

Hi Hatef,

I used the commands:

```
curl -O https://raw.githubusercontent.com/riccardomurri/elasticluster/feature/docker/elasticluster.sh
chmod +x elasticluster.sh
```

However, the file I got only contained `404: not found`
