Description
A feature such as
$ cj todo PID
will be handy. What it does, it adds a line per request and the line cannot be more than 300 character.
use cases: Something you will want to do for a package when you wake up. rerun, check etc.
once you say
$ cj show todo
it should list your todo with number and you must be able to remove a todo after you dealt with it.
The presentation must be succinct and not confusing.
