Remove n_max, l_max, m_max integrals keys #23
Description
For sturmians in nlm order the nlm_basis key should be enough to represent all bases.
To simplify a lot of stuff in gint as well as molsturm, one should probably get rid of the ambiguity between n_max, l_max and m_max compared to nlm_basis
