KeyLockManagers.newLock should have the option for number of stripes #6
Description
KeyLockManagers.newLock() should have the options to set the number of stripes as well.
I know I can create a StripedKeyLockManager directly, but then KeyLockManagers whould have no purpose.
I know it's a 3 min job, but still I thought I raise this issue.
