Unable to Add Library

Hello,

When trying to add the library in appscript engine i get the following error:

"Unable to look up library. Check the ID and access permissions and try again."

Do i need to request for access or are there any org setting that are preventing me from adding this library?

I switched to legacy editor and added the library as described in Documentation. I got it added.

I switched to legacy editor and added the library but I couldn't save anything after that. Kept giving me an error "You no longer have permission to edit this project"
