I received a few weeks ago my UPS-pico HV3.0B+HAT, assembled for rpi 3 model B+with a LIPO battery 1000mAh.
I installed a few days ago, and I've the problem that the battery's not charging (cf status screenshot). The BAT led is always lighting, the CHGT led lights for a few seconds on startup, then turns definitively OFF.
The status script tells me that bar level is 0.3v, so it seems the battery has a problem. Isthere anything to try before claiming for battery change ? There's something about battery protection during expedition in the documentation, but I must admit I don't understand it. Thanks
