I had the same issue and Mark told me to append ?ctx=web to run.php. Now it's using the right context and everything is working fine. Thanks Mark!

Ran in the same issue today. That additional information should be in the docs.

I've added a note about this to the docs. It only happens when using the browser or an external cron job.
