when disk Read/write stress test through docker with devicemapper(direct-lvm) , the performance(disk Random read-write) is lower than the host? about low twenty percent.

Can you provide how you are testing this?
Also yes, you should pretty much assume the container FS comes with overhead. You can use a volume to bypass such overhead.

The devicemapper storage-driver was deprecated, and has been removed, so closing issues related to this storage-driver. See;

• Deprecate "devicemapper" storage driver, and add warning #38017
• Remove deprecated devicemapper storage driver #43637
