It gives issue as Access is denied though I opened cmd as Administrator.

after i gave it relative path and it said Zapped Succesfully but still Docker directory was present.

hmm... the path should be using ProgramData, not Program Files.

ProgramData is a hidden directory.

The files that are being zapped are specifically at C:\ProgramData\Docker\windowsfilter\ but you target the parent directory with this tool.
