include all data files needed for MZP in the package

We should include all the MZP data files (i.e. files that Steve has to copy for each student) in the data component of the Mobilize package.. Then modify the instruction/supplement document to include the data loading step (e.g. data()).

With that done, we can remove the script that magically copy needed data files to students' dirs.
