Example file testing_data_set.vcf seems not well annotated

trying to launch MPA on example file testing_data_set.vcf, but I get this:

2021-10-06 14:43:53,059 - MPA_score [ERROR] VCF not correctly annotated. See documentation and provide a well annotated vcf (annotation with annovar).

Any idea about what's wrong?

Indeed, it seems to be an old vcf...
It seems that it is not annotated with spliceAI; a fix will be available soon!
