Error for ABS_PRESSURE range

Hi, this is such a nice work!. I want to suggest a change in the code, when working with a Raspberry Pi B+ (stretch) and Screen Elo 1515l I had a problem raising for ABS_PRESSURE, specifically min==max was rejected by the X-server. I solved it adding range for ABS_PRES + (0,255,0,0), so I would suggest to adapt an input argument for pressure.
