Adopt issues from felipec/git-remote-hg

For some reason, people have been using https://github.com/felipec/git-remote-hg instead of this repo as the canonical source of git-remote-hg. For that reason it has accumulated issues and pull requests at a higher rate.

I'd argue that since @mnauw is the cannonical repo, and if it's even possible, the issues prs from @felipec should be transfered to https://github.com/mnauw/git-remote-hg

Historically, the other repo was around first, though it had some general limitations. As it unfortunately also turned sort-of unmaintained (or at least unresponsive), there was (unfortunately) little choice but to fork ... Presumably there are still quite some other references "out there" 'that keep leading people to the original repo, and issues/requests to address that have also not been considered.

So, on-and-off I keep an eye on some of the issues that pop up there and try to refer along, since most are no longer an issue here (in this fork). But that's hardly a convenient (or proper) way. So, what can I say ... I would not mind receiving issues and PRs, but there is probably no proper technical way to do so (since transfer likely implies/requires a cooperating sending side).
