If you can do something like MikroTik that allows the general manager to give specific access to employees - for example, the general manager can give an employee access to add users or another employee access to set user dates, etc.
For example, put a list where the employee can be edited and for example, add users can be checked so that they can gain access or for example, delete users can be checked so that they have access - that is, the general manager can have complete management over his employees.
