atan264 do not give correct rezult

try the following:

atan264( -0.00000105778110, 0.00000139626388)

and try same in Excel - keep in mind in Excel - X and Y are revere e.g.

=ATAN2( 0.00000139626388, -0.0000010577811)

the correct result should be : -0.64833446

ok, so looks like this was a known issue all along...
