Advertising spam prevention

Is it possible to implement an automatic removal, or ban of the submitting device's MAC address, of any GTS Pokémon with their names starting with "IG:", or containing the substring shiox25? A solution working based on a list of banned names in regex that can be appended to when needed would be preferable. This is to fix the issue of the Gen 4 GTS being swarmed with clearly hacked shiny Pokémon with their names advertising the social media accounts of this user.
