Circle click event not firing.

Hello,

I have been playing around with the timeseries and I am trying to create a functionality so that when
you click a circle, it will pop up more information about that particular event. I seeing the code that the
circles all have click listeners that should log the time associated with that dot, however the event never
fires. I believe the problem is that the brush layer covers up the chart, and every click event goes to the
brush rather than the circle below. Do you have any ideas or fixes for this issue?
