"System command failed" - returned error status attempting to execute through Praat

I received the attached error message when attempting to run autoVOT through Praat on a new Mac.

Mac OS: Ventura 13.4.1
Praat Version: 6.3.12
Python Version 3.11

It doesn't seem to be an issue with the new version Praat, as autoVOT runs as expected in this version on an older Mac (OS Big Sur 11.7.6). Any advice appreciated!

Sharing an update with a solution that worked for me - many thanks to @thealk for the assistance!

Praat's path to Python differed from my primary installation path. This was determined by opening terminal and entering:
which python3
which -a python3

which established that I had multiple Python distributions installed. To determine which one Praat was defaulting to, I opened a new Praat script, saved it to my desktop for easy access, and entered
runSystem: “which python3 > logfile.log 2>&1

This created a file logfile.log with the Praat default path (which was /usr/bin/python3). This was different than the result I had gotten for which python3 in the terminal (/Library/Frameworks/Python.framework/Versions/3.11/bin/python3)

The next step was to install the autoVOT dependencies to the Python location that Praat actually uses:
/usr/bin/python3 -m pip install numpy

(replacing "numpy" with the rest of the dependencies in requirements.txt)

autoVOT now works in Praat with no error messages - hopefully I've worded this clearly for anyone else to follow who is running into a similar issue.

I'm running into a similar issue - I followed the solution that @akershenbaum posted and confirmed that my Praat path is where Python is located, but I am still running into a similar error message.

I don't know if this could be the result of there being no "vot_predictor.amanda.max_num_instances_1000.model" file other than "pos/neg." I have also tried using system_nocheck and AutoVOT would run with no error message but no extra tier was created, so I assumed that the script was not actually doing what it is supposed to do.
