Decoding unable to handle special characters in TextGrid #93

Hi,
In Ubuntu 16.04 (Xenial), when decoding post-training, auto_vot_train.py produces an error saying "TextGrid is not a valid TextGrid file" if the TextGrid contains special characters including accented latin-script letters (e.g., ô, é), other non-latin scripts (e.g. ডিম, щелчок), and CJK fontsets (e.g. 掀、倒れる、튀기다).
