Compiling issues #90
Description
I get compiling errors at the 'make'/installation stage, which mean that the following don't compile:
/bin/VotFrontEnd2
/bin/VotTrain
/bin/VotDecode
and as a result I cannot use them later and get the error /bin/sh: VotFrontEnd2: command not found
