Updated Working with GPG keys (markdown)
copied this page from the riff-docker gpg doc file
fixes for issues uncovered during last use - The pre-test for the LVM links is premature if the PV is encrypted so it is now skipped in this case - unknown commands are now an error instead of acting as the copy command - decrypting the encrypted PV doesn't create the link before it finishes, so we now sleep for a second AND double check the links are there - enhanced the reporting of what's being done when putting the var partition in place - modified the instructions to add the tmp parent directory, although the helper commands don't as I'm expecting using those in a different konsole tab with the current working directory set to that tmp directory
some fixes for the cpy-tmp-os.sh script The script got it's 1st test, running to install with the -v option but not the -e option (that option has not yet been tested). Some issues were noted, and the script should handle them now. - The working directory is the initial directory after the script runs despite the current directory being changed in the script because the script is run using sudo. Therefore the 2nd pass should assume the same initial directory. - It was noted that the /dev/mapper LVM links were not there. A solution was tracked down and a new check added w/ commentary to fix the issue and exit, so it can be double-checked and rerun. - The /run/lvm direcotry didn't exist, so it is tested and created if missing now

Mostly finished the pre-install section (the copied text from the answer is still here, and should be deleted later)
