Mark as read

I'm not sure the Tapestry API really allows for marking as read, but it would be great if that synced!

@calebhearth that's certainly possible. I left it out in the initial version, because Tapestry connectors do not know when an item was actually visible on screen.
So what I could do is mark all items as read once they got "synced" to Tapestry, no matter if seen or not. Would you be fine with that?

Actually no I think that would be a poor UX, as you mention.

Having forgotten opening this issue, I opened TheIconfactory/Tapestry#27 yesterday which I hope would provide a better solution.

Version 3 of the connector includes actions to mark an entry as read/unread and also starred/unstarred.
