Clearing a judging entry also clears the entry number #199
Description
If a user goes in and removes a carver from a judging entry then the entry number shall also be removed as well so they do not need to manually change it to 0.
In addition to clearing an entry is if a user selects a new carver then the entry number shall also be cleared so that they are forced to enter in the entry number again.
