feat: Reduce the number of steps it takes to judge a category

A user currently has to take too many steps to get into editing a judging entry. This feature is for making it easier to get into the data and make the assignments.

Currently they have to do the following:

1. click on the desired row and that takes you to the detail view of the row
2. click the edit button
3. make your ribbon assignments for 1st, 2nd and 3rd
4. click save
5. click the back button to return to the list
6. go back to step 1

It is desirable to do the following instead:

1. Click on a button in the list next to the entry you want to judge and that takes you directly to the edit form (you do not first go to the detail form)
2. Make your ribbon assignments for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd
3. Click the save button
4. Go back to step 1

Note: in the desired behavior if you do not have rights to edit an entry because you do not have the proper judging team assignment then the button is disabled.
