Hi,

I'm trying to install PhyloCSF on CentOs 7.
When I run :
opam install batteries ocaml+twt gsl
I get the error:
[ERROR] No package named ocaml+twt found.

gsl and batteries installed.

How can I continue?
Is there any binaries of PhyloCSF for CentOs 7?

Hello, the same issue I met just now.
And I found "ocaml+twt" may be a typo.

Try this and good luck!
opam install batteries ocaml-twt gsl

@zengXchao There is a package called ocaml+twt indeed,but can't install it for some reason.https://github.com/mlin/twt
