No 'final_count' column in telescope statistics report after running the test command

Hi,

I have installed telescope with conda and tried running the test command. only three files were generated in the output, including telescope-checkpoint.npz, telescope-run_stats.tsv and telescope-TE_counts.tsv. But there was no 'final_count' column in telescope statistics report ( telescope-run_stats.tsv) after running the test command. I don't see any error when running the test command. Could I use the read counts from telescope-TE_counts.tsv for differential analysis? Thank you!
