add page for thesis workflow

setup:

• sarah should be overleaf "owner" for more features
• link to github with lab as owner
• invite student as admin on repo

Workflow:

• create an additional branch upon creation (or offline at first commit)
• work in overleaf or editor of choice
• push to github when ready for review
• open pr to review branch from main
• when a complete review is done, merge main into review
• continue working, and repeat above, new PR will only show new work
