Remove absolute paths

The file multi_run_experiment.sh has absolute paths for our scratch workspace. We might want to make it so it's a relative path for the public users

it should be made a variable instead of removed so that it is more easily configurable.

it can be a configuration and there should be a comment about how to set the value.
