iOS 8 QRImageFromString doesn't work/crashes #8
Description
Due to an Xcode 8 bug, QRImageFromString doesn't work on iOS 8.
Need to either implement this workaround: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/39570644/cicontext-initwithoptions-unrecognized-selector-sent-to-instance-0x170400960
Or drop iOS 8 support.
