Working with big files?

When I load files over 50 MB, the size does not appear in the status bar. Is it supposed to have some kind of file size limit to work?

For large files it is really slow. Unfortunately this is known behavior, I'm trying to make it faster for larger files.

Try with gzip disabled and see if it gets better for now.
