Websocket on close event will send character "ETX?"

I have implemented web socket by using some other plugin in my app but i have now moved to this plugin. and i got some error in my dot net system where i send and receive data. When i have debug it, i have found that i got some character "ETX?" (Decimal 3 and 63) in response when web socket is closed.

Can anyone guide me what is this character and how do i identify them so i can handle closing event properly.
