Add "Share This Story" functionality for individual news items

Currently, users can share the entire daily digest, but there's no easy way to share individual news items from within a post. Given that each day contains multiple distinct stories, readers would benefit from being able to share specific items that interest them.

While an interesting idea, I'm not sure how you'd execute that without re-architecting the site (which isn't something up for debate at the moment).
