Scroll Wheel Down in Combination w/ Other Controls Not Working

I cannot for the life of me get the scroll down wheel in combination with ctrl, alt, on it's own, or when Z is pressed to lower the polyzone. Using the most recent version. Unsure what happened, but it worked late last year, now it just won't respond to lowering or rotating the polyzone. If any more info is needed, let me know, and thanks in advance!
