Cache parsed folders

Currently there is a panel with a buttons shown on each start. This button needs to be pressed to traverse the folders for components before any editing can be done. If there was a folder traversed previously, that should be cache and the traversal should only be done when a refresh is requested through the UI.

Did an initial implementation of this, but apparently there is no permission persistence for local file access implemented right now which blocks this.
