[feat] Extend to other dicts

[mixtapeo]

can use underlying maxmatch alg to allow users to:

1. Download db(s) similar to JMDict for other languages (mandarin, korean)
2. Use maxmatch alg to provide furigana / romaji + translations

Need:

1. Find direct links or create own for langs
2. code to filter only required fields (readings, meanings, index) + null all empty fields to protect against retrofit complaints
3. Add UI
