Ticket Improvements #1
Description
- Display who runs the button actions. For example, Ticket closed by User#1234.
- Add a reopen functionality via a button so closed tickets can be re-used.
- Add a blacklist system to prevent blacklisted users from opening tickets.
- Add ticket commands so we don't need to scroll up if we want to close a ticket, etc...
- If a user has an open ticket and leave the server, have the ticket close automatically.
I may also need to improve the ticket embed, to explain tickets in more detail to hopefully prevent users from opening useless tickets.
More improvements may be added ahead of time.
