Add built-in image viewer

While it's nice to use the device-provided image viewer, we should build in a simple image viewer if one isn't available on the device. For example, the Logitech Revue doesn't have any Apps that know how to show content of mime type image/*. 

Our image viewer should be basic and should be a fallback to the native.
