Let's say I want to enable dev mode AND purge cache. How do I declare TWO+ actions? Or is it just better making two separate tasks?

Also, is there a standard if I should put this BEFORE or AFTER uploading my new scripts before/after wiping cache?
EDIT: The more I think about it, the more I believe separate tasks are better, anyway. Still curious, though.
