Feature/option: Encode HTML without character entities

I see no reason why characters like ö should be converted to ö. I'm successfully using Unicode for my websites for 20 years now. This has resolved all such issues and none of the non-ASCII characters need to be encoded anymore. Encoding invisible characters like   might be useful, but most entities are obsolete.
