JSON Byte Array to string

Feature Request:
What I need at the moment is JSON Byte array to string.

[104,101,108,108,111,32,119,111,114,108,100] --> hello world

This is possible. I think the reason I didn't tackle this when I introduced the String to JSON Byte Array converter was because I wasn't sure the best way to handle different character encodings. Would you envisage a secondary mention that asks the user to hint that additional piece of required info?

Sounds like that could work. Default in an extension setting.
