Refresh JIRA tickets since last pull

We wish to update the JIRA sources to include recently created and updated tickets. In principle, we want to refresh this source every day (or week?) but we could also think about having a dedicated button in the document index in order to force refresh manually. To do this we need to store the timestamp at which the tickets are pulled and fetch only the recently updated since that timestamp.
