Cannot craft chaos pearls #135

Bug Description
Ever since dying from an enderman, I have been unable to craft a chaos pearl. Not in my inventory or in the crafting station. When I was attacked about 4000 blocks away from spawn, the last hit happened as I was teleporting back with a recall pearl, and weirdly enough, I died with my grave at spawn. And that was the point where I have been unablento craft a chaos pearl with an ender pearl and an end shard. I'm not sure if the weird death has to do with the bug, but this is all the information I have.
Did this behavior use to work in the previous version?
Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)
- Use a chaos pearl
- Get killed while simultaneously using a recall pearl
- You should die, while the grave should be created at spawn.
- Cannot craft chaos pearl with default recipe.
