Continual side-effect overlooking for server-side rendering #4
Description
It is not possible to overlook continual side-effects when using aperol on server for server-side rendering.
In old version with observables it can await only for all promises to be resolved to have state prepared. However in asyncIterators you are not able to detect which updaters makes continual side-effects & which do only initial side-effect. It must be designed first to allow merge next branch.
