How do I install this under Windows 10?

The releases are either JSON or SLN files, and I don't know what to do with these. Where's the installer/ZIP/EXE/self-extracting archive file?

@gr8b8ter I second that actually. I love this project and install it on every machine I have. The one issue I have with it is that I can never get it installed. An exe or msi would be a huge help for people.
