float Min/Max restrictions not allowing full range - stops a hair under

For an example, I set a Float Min to 4f and max to 10f. The slider when dragged all the way to the right goes to some random value below 10. Sometimes 9.5, sometimes 9.65, 9.75 etc. I never could get it to go to 10.0f.
