Add search of contents per user #25

Describe the ideal solution or feature request
I have implemented search in https://query.mint.isi.edu/api/mintproject/MINT-ModelCatalogQueries#/default/get_searchVariables. However these searches are for the default graph or the union graph. I would like to have this on the ingestion API as well.
