Need PATCH functionality #20
Description
Patch allows patching a resource. For example, an edit to a description, or label. We need to support this, but the priority is not high.
Also we need to define a syntax when the target URI has multiple values. For example, multiple descriptions. We need a "target" syntax to specify which of the values we are replacing
